When you sign up initially, you make a payment and then we can start working on your project and communicating with you.
At that time you may not have done full due diligence or provided all the information. Hence, initial payment is refundable and not final.
Once we have finalized scope of work, we will give you final billing amount and after you approve, we will charge any extra amount – if applicable.
If you don’t agree with our estimate, we will refund the initial payment except for any charges not refunded by Stripe (our payment processor).
If you don’t respond within 24 hours of our communication with expected information, you risk losing your money as our resource allocation incurs cost and we cannot have people wasting time. If you need extra time, we will provide an extra 24 hours to you upon request and on a case-by-case basis as long as you are not stalling us unnecesssarily.
Projects are completed very fast and based on practical data migration timelines. Payments made take our timelines into consideration.
Failure to respond to completion or verification requests will mean that we will automatically close the project after 48 hours and apply payments.
Any new requests, delays, or change requests mean time and scope changes, and will be billed extra.
