Email Migration

If you want to migrate your existing email to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace we can do all the heavy lifting. If you want to switch platforms we can do that too.

Many small businesses are still stuck with the likes of hosting provider delivered email such as HostGator, BlueHost, Godaddy or with self hosted Exchange servers. 

We don’t comment on the good and the bad – we are here to just help you if you want to get off these and move to an enterprise email system.

  4. Share credentials for target data location
  5. Define scope and any limitations
  6. Our team will do the rest and keep you updated via Email or SMS.
  7. Live chat is available if you want to clarify something
  8. QA review available upon completion for sign-off

Note:

  • We don’t provide a direct phone number since we want to be efficient and not get bogged down by calls.
  • Callback is only provided to paid clients and if there are questions that cannot be addressed using email or sms. 
  • Data Migration time is based on your existing service and target location speeds.
  • Only authorized representatives are allowed to request data transfer.
  • Domain changes to point to new service, and other changes might be required.
  • Outage may be needed for some services that cannot migrate live.
  • We charge by user or data volume (whichever makes sense). e.g. email migration is by mailbox count, file type data migration is based on data volume size, servers are migrated as a combination of data size, use case, and count.
