We only provide data migration services. We are not responsible for data validation or services used from other companies. Clients are responsible for data validation after migration, handling accounts, subscriptions, licenses, agreements etc. We can help advise on the products you need. We will provide clear proof of our work that shows data sync completion and any relevant migration activity.
Data retention or cleanup is not part of our services scope. Clients are responsible for deleting information from source or target repository unless they have specifically identified this requirement and we have agreed to perform the work as extra scope.
Clients accept they understand that purchasing a service does not mean we will start working on it right away. We need to first validate the correct count, hours, or service is selected. We will contact you quickly to confirm the scope after you purchase a service.
Services are non-refundable once paid. We may choose to decline a project or service request at our discretion or if we consider the scope isn't aligned with our services..
